Our Lecturer, Ms Kathryn Medico, will join us in Hong Kong for this special event. She is an accomplished American journalist, educator, and TEDx speaker with a rich background in Hospitality, Marketing, Broadcast Journalism, Ecotourism, and Communications. With over 17 years of teaching experience at the Swiss Hotel Management School and a professional history that includes management at the Ritz-Carlton, Ms Medico brings a wealth of industry insight and academic excellence to her students.
In Experience Day, she will share the topic “Multiculturalism: How It Shapes Our Daily Lives” sharing her expertise on how professional education in hospitality can open the eyes to the fascinating ways culture influences how we live, serve, and connect.
