Workshop Details: :

Mr. Alexandre, Chef Instructor of Swiss Culinary Arts Programs, will be visiting Hong Kong to bring students a unique experience in gastronomy and to explore why studying Culinary Arts Management in Switzerland is so valuable. Alexandre is a proud graduate of the Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland, with experience working in several Michelin‑starred restaurants and as the founder of the culinary brand PRIVATO.

Lemon Curd Verrine :

The Lemon Curd Verrine is a refined French layered dessert, featuring silky-smooth lemon curd at its heart. Typically composed of crisp cookie crumbles at the base, a tangy lemon layer in the middle, and topped with meringue, whipped cream, or fresh fruit, it is both elegant and refreshing.
In this workshop, you will learn how to craft your very own Lemon Curd Verrine—from selecting ingredients and balancing proportions to mastering the layering techniques that make this dessert shine. Join us to experience the joy of French pastry creation and take the first step toward turning your passion into a sweet reality!

Fee:
The fee is HK$100 per participant, which includes making approximately 4-6 lemon curd verrines.
